The personal data is collected directly from you through the information you provide us. Media is only recorded and published if you have provided us with your consent.

Membership

From our members, we collect names and email addresses. These details are the basis to process membership payments for the operation of the association. Additionally, we need contact information of members to offer adequate services and information related to the membership. When joining the association, members consent to each specific area where the association uses personal data, such as private contact, invitations to events, etc. Upon termination of membership, your personal data is not used any longer.

Membership payments are processed securely using Stripe. When clicking on the subscribe button, you will be redirected to the IICV Stripe membership page. You need to accept Stripe privacy policy independently. You can manage your IICV membership directly via accessing your Stripe account linked to your email address.

Email

You can send us emails, but remember that all organizations are vulnerable to data theft. Therefore, you should not send sensitive content by email.

Use of Cookies

Our website uses cookies to track visitors and their usage. We do this to tailor and make our website as relevant as possible for our visitors. The cookies do not contain personal information. You can prevent cookies directly in your browser.

Registration for Workshops and Events

Through our google forms, it is possible to sign up for courses. In connection with this, we collect information such as name and contact details. These personal data are used only for managing the event. We obtain separate consents to map interest and desire to receive invitations to new events.
