Get comfortable being spontaneous, collaborative, and playful in a low-pressure environment. The class is a mixture of warm-up games, basic improv principles, partner and group exercises, simple scene work.
It is a supportive atmosphere where mistakes are treated as part of the fun and learning.
Class A: Grounding principles of being in the flow.
Class B: Grounding principles of mechaniques of scenes.

This course will give you all the tools you need to start building a scene. Grounding principles of mechaniques of scene will be explained.

This course will give you all the tools you need to improvise safely and successfully on stage. Grounding principles of improvisation will be explained and put into practice step by step.
Concept learnt: make & give offers, accept the uncertainty, first steps on stage.

Adeline has been practicing improv as a hobby since 2014 in France. She currently serves as president of the association and open sessions leader. She is especially passionate about the behind-the-scenes mechanics of improv and uses side coaching to bring out the full potential of each scene.
